The importance of living life with gratitude

How many times a day do you say things like; "Why is my mum calling me every hour?", "I don't have any money!", "I hate this weather", "I have nothing to wear", "I need more Instagram followers"? We automatically focus on the negatives in life. And we turn positivity into negativity. Instead you should be thinking; 'I still have a mum that cares about me so much that she phones me every hour', 'I don't have a lot of money, but I do have money', 'It's not a summers day but I'm still going to make the most of it', 'I have a wardrobe full of clothes and that's more than some other people have', 'I don't need more followers, I'm happy with the ones I have'. 


Being more thankful for the things we do have in life will create a more positive environment for ourselves. This will then bring more happiness to our lives. Which in turn, will lead to living a more open-minded life. Just imagine if everyone was to lead a more open-minded life, it would be a much nicer, and a more peaceful society.

My aim with this post is to have you wanting to change or improve your outlook on the negative aspects of life. I want you to finish this post feeling appreciation for the little and the big things in life. I want you to feel inspired.
